Joooooeeeee Jordan! Ok, we finally got his stuff all together, and, as you can, he’s been charging at it. After 4 short weeks, you can see big differences. An unfortunate update on Tony, he tweaked his knee and has to rest from training for the moment. We’ll pick up shortly where we left off as soon as he’s well!

Time to pass the torch: Darla has completed her 12 weeks and is setting goals for her next 12. Here is how it all ended up for her.
